What Is A Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna?
- A full spectrum infrared sauna offers the entire infrared wavelength spectrum. It includes far, mid and near infrared, and it’s worth noting that not all infrared saunas include all three. More commonly, you’ll see most infrared saunas labelled as ‘far infrared saunas’, meaning you’re only getting far infrared in your sessions. But with a full spectrum sauna, the three types of infrared wavelengths come with varying benefits.
